Academic Excellence

The curriculum is everything that children learn about in school. It can be broadly be categorised into academic and enhanced.
Academic is from Cambridge Assessment International Education and focuses on:

We want to ensure that students have a diverse, broad and balanced curriculum which will contribute to their overall holistic development.

Enhanced Curriculum

Although there is a strong focus on the Academic Curriculum at this stage due to IGCSE Examinations at the end of Year 11, we still promote opportunities for holistic development. The academic curriculum is enhanced with a range of activities that are on offer after school finishes. It is important that student participate and take part in as many activities as possible. As well as developing holistically, there is a great chance each student will find something they excel in and enjoy for life.

We also offer the opportunity to work towards the Junior Award Scheme for Schools for younger students and the Duke of Edinburgh International Award for older students. These awards are recognised globally and give credit and recognition investing time in
